What’s the difference between my Profile Listing, my Public Booking Page, and my Public Store?
On Life Coach Hub, you have three public places where prospects can discover you and connect with your services. Each one works differently, and together they give you multiple ways to attract interest.
1. Profile Listing
- Setup guide: How do I set up my profile?
- What it is: Your coach profile in the Life Coach Hub directory. It shows your bio, specialties, and credentials.
- Purpose: Acts as your business card inside the Hub—helps people find you and learn about you.
- How prospects connect: The Contact Me button sends you a message.
- Key difference: No direct booking or checkout happens here—it’s for discovery and first contact only.
2. Public Booking Page (PBP)
- Setup guide: Setting up your Public Booking Page
- What it is: A dedicated scheduling link you can share anywhere. Shows only the session types you mark as Show on Public booking page = Yes.
- Purpose: Lets prospects instantly book a free session (like a discovery call). It can also be used as a general scheduler (like Calendly) for networking chats or initial meetings.
- How prospects connect: They choose a time from your availability and book directly. This creates a Prospect record (not yet a client). You can later invite them into your Client Portal through the onboarding wizard.
- Key differences:
- Supports booking, but only for free sessions.
- You can attach an intake form to collect pre-appointment questions.
- Prospect does not become a client automatically.
3. Public Store
- Setup guide: How do I set up my Public Store?
- What it is: Your storefront for offers—coaching packages, courses, digital products, and free lead magnets (including free discovery sessions).
- Purpose: Showcase all your services—both free and paid—in one place.
- How prospects connect: When someone purchases (even a $0 discovery session), they become a Client right away. You or they then book the session through the standard client appointment flow.
- Key differences:
- Designed for both lead magnets and paid products.
- Creates a Client, not just a Prospect.
- Does not support intake forms on free sessions.
- If a prospect “buys” a free discovery session, they don’t book straight away. After you welcome them, you or they can book a time using the Client booking process.

Which should I use?
- Profile Listing: Make sure it’s complete and compelling—it’s the first place many people will see you.
- Public Booking Page: Share this link widely (website, social bios, email signature) to capture prospects instantly and let them self-schedule free consultations.
- Public Store: Promote this if you want to show your whole range of offers—from lead magnets to paid packages—while creating clients directly.
👉 Most coaches use all three:
- Profile Listing for visibility,
- Public Booking Page for easy scheduling,
- Public Store for offers and client conversion.
