How do I cancel or change an appointment?

You can change or cancel any coaching session you make.

Changing a session

  1. On the Sessions tab of Calendar & Sessions, click three dots on the far right. Choose Reschedule.
  2. Select the new start time, end time and/or date.

Cancelling a session

  1. On the Sessions tab, click Cancel next to the session you would like to cancel.
  2. Confirm the cancellation.

If you cancel or change an appointment, your client will receive an immediate email alert.

Note: Make sure you put Life Coach Hub on your Safe Sender email list so that you are sure to receive important emails.
