How do I cancel or change an appointment?
You can change or cancel any coaching session you make.
Changing a session
- On the Sessions tab of Calendar & Sessions, click three dots on the far right. Choose Reschedule.
- Select the new start time, end time and/or date.
Cancelling a session
- On the Sessions tab, click Cancel next to the session you would like to cancel.
- Confirm the cancellation.
If you cancel or change an appointment, your client will receive an immediate email alert.
Note: Make sure you put Life Coach Hub on your Safe Sender email list so that you are sure to receive important emails.
