How do I customize my welcome package and agreement?
A Welcome Package is a great way to welcome your clients. We’ll send it out automatically for you, so you don’t have to. But if you want, you can also disable Welcome Packages for some or all clients.
We provide you with a default Welcome Package that you are free to use. But it’s also easy to edit any part of your Welcome Package, and to create new ones as well.
Customizing your welcome package
- Just access Coaching Tools from the main side menu. Then choose Welcome Packages.
- You can edit your welcome package in two ways.
- You can edit the default welcome package. This is the package that is sent out by default if you haven’t specified anything else to take place.
- Alternatively you can create a new welcome package for specific clients, for instance by customizing the welcome letter or including different questions on the coaching information form.
- To customize the default welcome package, click on the name Welcome Package in the table at the bottom of your page.
- This will open up a window showing all the parts of the Welcome package
- Title
- Welcome letter
- Coaching agreement
- Personal information form
- Coaching information form
- Use the WYSIWYG editor to change the content of any of these items
- For the forms, feel free to change, eliminate or add any questions
- You can also add any additional forms or resources you’d like the client to have access to with your welcome package in the section at the bottom (“Add tools”).
- The current version will drop down. Click Edit to edit the item.
- The welcome letter and coaching agreement will reveal a WYSIWYG box where you can add formatting to your letter and change the text.
- The personal information form and coaching information form will reveal a list of questions and question types. By clicking Edit you can change the question and/or select a new question type. To delete the question, just erase all the text in the text box. You can also add additional questions.
- To add additional forms or resources, click the drop-down menu, next to Additional Form or Resource. Check the boxes of all items you want included. You can create additional assessments and resources from the Assessments and Resources page in Coaching and Course Tools.
