How do I deactivate a client?

Deactivating a client manually is very simple.

1. In Client Management, open your client’s folder
2. Click on the client you’d like to edit
3. Click on the Settings tab, and then toggle the switch to turn the client from Active to Inactive

4. Your client is now deactivated.

Note: Make sure you put Life Coach Hub on your Safe Sender email list so that you are sure to receive important emails.
