How do I get new clients?
There are lots of great ways to market yourself on Life Coach Hub to attract more clients, reach a wider audience.
1. Make sure you have created a directory listing
You can create this from the Profile Directory link on your left hand main menu. Fill it out as completely as possible so your potential clients really get a good sense of you. Write authentically and from the heart, speaking to your ideal client.
2. Offer a free discovery session
Don’t be stingy with it either. Give the best of what you have, and at the end, have them imagine the value of what they will get if they are able to overcome their pain points and reach their goals by working with you. Then close the deal.
3. Make sure your Public Booking Page is activated
Your Public Booking page will be available to anyone to book with you for a free discovery session. You can also use it for any other kind of non-paying appointment. It’s a great way to get new leads, and also manage your calendar.
It will show up on your Profile once it’s activated. You can also share the link anywhere you would like others to book with you.
To activate your page, head on over to https://app.lifecoachhub.com/public-booking/link and follow the steps to get set up.
- You will want at least one of your Session Types to be marked as Public. Just choose Yes under “Show on Public Booking page.” You can also attach a form here that prospects or attendees need to fill out before meeting with you.
- Make sure you have confirmed your Availability. We set a standard office hour schedule from 9-5 Monday to Friday. Go in and choose times that work for you, then click Confirm Availability. This way we know you’re not going to get someone booking with you when you don’t want them to.
- Flick the Publish toggle on the Public Booking Management Page. Your page is now live! You can toggle this off any time you like.
4. Activate some of the extra marketing features available
Try subscribing to a Marketing plan, on your Plans page. You can add extra specializations, direct links, and even featured status to your listing.
Coaches who have a plan see on average 6.7 times MORE profile views! (as well as the additional perks listed below). Just login to your account, and navigate to Plans under Settings.
In the GOLD MARKETING PLAN, you get:
- A direct link to your website, which is super useful both for leads and SEO
- 4 Social media links of your choice, to gain followers and get additional leads
- The ability to list 10 areas of niche specialization (e.g. business coach or ADHD coach) instead of the 2 you get with the free directory listing
- Five areas where you will be Featured and show up at the top of the listings. These can be in any niche areas where you coach. You’ll also come up at the top of the main directory.
- Free contact requests (if you have the free listing, it will cost you $10 to receive the contact details of any clients who approach you directly).
- 10% off leads you choose to purchase through our leads service. We will send out qualified leads if you sign up for the free alerts, and you can choose to purchase any that interest you. As a member of the Gold marketing plan, you’ll get 10% off.
- You’ll also get advance warning on those lead alerts, which is super valuable for ones that sell out early (only up to five coaches can obtain any one lead).

5. Start coaching with LCH Core to show off your expertise and appear higher in the directory
The more coaching hours you have, the higher up you’ll appear in the directory. You’ll also be demonstrating your expert experience reliably and authoritatively to your prospective clients.
To gain coaching hours all you need to do is use your LCH Core, your online coaching system to coach your clients. Every hour of coaching calls counts on your profile!
6. Share your Public Store on your website and socials
If you set up your Public Store , you can easily add a link to it anywhere you get traffic, such as your link-in-bio on Instagram, on your Facebook page, and on your website. Then potential clients can choose one of your lead magnets such as an ebook, a free initial coaching consultation, or a freebie course. This is a fantastic way to get new clients.
You can also link to your directory profile.
7. Add lead magnets
As mentioned above, make sure to add some lead magnets to your Store. You can offer these as freebies you give away on your website, your socials, or anywhere. Just link to them!
They will also be in your Public Store and entice any prospects to purchase and get your list, at which point you can start to nurture the relationship.

8. Make sure to sign up for Client leads
Once you sign up for client leads, you’ll be delivered requests from interested clients direct to your email. Just visit your Notifications page, located under Settings on your main menu. Choose to turn alerts on, and then select all the coaching specializations you’d like to receive alerts about.
9. Consider submitting a guest post
Write about what you know, authentically. You’ll nurture prospects, as well as getting valuable links to your website and socials. Read more here: How to submit a guest post.
10. Get reviews for your coaching profile
Youโll also appear higher in the directory based on your number of reviews. Clients enjoy reading previous clientsโ experience with a coach, so that they can determine how you could help them tackling the same issues.
