How do I give access to my existing clients to coach with me?

You can easily invite other people to coach with you.

A. Inviting your clients if they will pay using the LCH system

You can bill your clients securely through your own personal, branded Store.

Just click on the Invite button on any page and enter in the details of your client. Go through our easy Onboarding wizard. Now your clients will be able to purchase your coaching packages and other services.

Your clients can pay easily through our platform. They can buy sessions and packages in advance. They you or your client can schedule these paid sessions.

B. Inviting your clients if they will pay another way

But if you would prefer they pay another way, there are other options:

  • You can select Invoicing Post Session, and an invoice will be sent after the session that the client will be able to pay.
  • You can select Alternative Payment Method. Use this if you are using a different form of payment from that integrated into LCH. No invoice will be sent, and you’ll be in charge of collecting payment another way
  • You can select Reminder To Pay With Cancellation. If your client has run out of sessions, but you want to book them anyways, select this option. Your client will receive an email that they need to pay before the session takes place. If they fail to do so, the session will be cancelled.
  • You can select Reminder to Pay. If you select this option, your client will be emailed with a reminder to pay, but the session won’t be cancelled if they don’t pay. At this point, the session will become pro bono.
  • Pro Bono: You can always choose to make any session pro bono.

Note: Make sure you put Life Coach Hub on your Safe Sender email list so that you are sure to receive important emails.
