How do I use the Offers Module to create things to sell?
Your Offers Module is where you create the different ways people can work with you.
This includes free lead magnets, discovery calls, coaching sessions, packages, digital products, courses, bundles, and coupons. It helps you move beyond only selling one-to-one sessions and gives you more ways to attract leads, convert prospects, and grow your coaching income.
Why the Offers Module matters
Most coaches need more than one offer.
A free discovery call is useful, but it is not the whole business. You may also want a lead magnet to grow your email list, a coaching package to sell a bigger transformation, a course for scalable income, or a bundle that gives clients more value.
The Offers Module helps you build that full offer suite in one place.
You can use it to:
- Get more leads with free downloads, quizzes, mini courses, or discovery calls
- Sell single sessions or coaching packages
- Create digital products like PDFs, videos, audio, or services
- Build courses that are self-paced, drip, or live
- Bundle offers together to increase average order value
- Create coupons for promotions and discounts
What can I create in the Offers Module?
You can create several types of offers.
Lead magnets
Lead magnets are free offers you use to attract prospects.
Examples include:
- Free PDF
- Checklist
- Mini course
- Challenge series
- Free discovery call
- Discovery kit
Lead magnets are useful because they help you grow your audience and bring people into your coaching world before they are ready to buy.
How to use one:
- Go to Offers > My Offers and click Lead Magnets. You’ll see six ready-made ideas: Free session, Free download, Mini course, Challenge series, Free group event and Discovery kit. Click one to jump to the right place to create it.
- Set the price to free.
- In Publication settings, set Status to Published and tick Show in Public Store.
- Copy the offer URL. Click the menu next to the offer and choose Copy URL.
- Share it on your website, blog posts, social media, or email list.
Do not just create the lead magnet and leave it sitting in your store. Share the link anywhere prospects already find you.
Session types
Session types are the foundation of your booking system.
You need session types so prospects and clients can book time with you.
Examples include:
- Free discovery call
- 30-minute coaching session
- 60-minute coaching session
- VIP session
- Follow-up session
How to create a session type:
- Go to Offers > Session Types.
- Click Create your own session type, or edit one of the three ready-made session types.
- Add the Session name, a Short description and the Session duration.
- Choose the Session location, such as Zoom, phone or Google Meet.
- Set your Availability and buffers (how far ahead people can book and how much notice you need) and any Buffer times.
- Choose whether it shows on your Public Booking Page and whether current clients can book it. Sessions on your Public Booking Page must be free for now.
- Set the Session price.
- In Publication settings, set Status to Published and choose where it shows: Show in Public Store, Show in Client Store, or Allow access via direct link.
- Click Save & continue.
You can also add a sales page to individual sessions if you want to promote a session on its own.
Coaching packages
Coaching packages let you bundle sessions together.
Instead of selling one call at a time, you can sell a stronger coaching outcome.
Examples include:
- 4-session starter package
- 8-week accountability package
- 12-session transformation package
- Career clarity package
- Business coaching intensive
How to create a package:
- Go to Offers > Packages.
- Click Create new coaching package.
- Add the Coaching package name, a Short description and a CTA button label (the words on your buy button, like Buy Now or Get Started).
- Under Choose number of sessions of each type, pick how many of each session type to include.
- Set your Package price. You’ll see the Selected sessions total value, and the Discount (calculated) is worked out for you.
- Add a Store thumbnail image.
- In Publication settings, choose Published and where it shows: Show in Public Store, Show in Client Store, or both.
- Click Save & continue, then write your full description on the Sales page step.
Packages are one of the best ways to make your coaching feel more valuable and structured.
Digital products
Digital products let you sell downloadable resources or services.
Examples include:
- PDF guide
- Ebook
- Audio recording
- Single video
- Worksheet pack
- Website review
- In-home consultation
- Hypnosis session
- Reiki service
How to create a digital product:
- Go to Offers > Digital Products.
- Click Create New.
- Add a strong Product Name, a Category and a Short description (up to 100 characters).
- Add a Store thumbnail image.
- Choose the Product Type: Print, Audio, Video or Service.
- Upload your files under Upload material, or for a service, anything the client needs to access it.
- Set the price.
- In Publication settings, choose Published and where it shows, then click Save & continue.
- Make your sales page shine on the Sales page step.
Digital products help you sell your expertise without needing every sale to become a live one-to-one session.
Courses
Courses help you turn your coaching method into a scalable offer.
You can create:
- Free mini courses
- Paid self-paced courses
- Drip courses
- Live courses and events
- Challenge series
- Group learning programs
How to create a course:
- Go to Offers > Course Creator.
- Click Create New.
- Choose the course type: Self paced course, Drip Course or Live course/event.
- Add your course content in Curriculum (and Module Schedule for drip and live courses).
- Add your Listing details (title, short description, store thumbnail and CTA button label) and your Course Price.
- Publish it in Course Publication Settings.
Use a self-paced course when clients should receive everything right away.
Use drip delivery when you want lessons released over time.
Use a live course or event when the course happens on specific dates with live sessions.
Bundles
Bundles let you combine multiple offers into one higher-value package.
They are useful for increasing average order value and giving clients a stronger reason to buy.
Examples include:
- PDF + 60-minute coaching session
- Mini course + worksheet
- Course + bonus resource
- Digital product + private call
- Discovery kit with several free resources
A smart strategy is to include a real coaching session in a bundle, not only a free discovery call. This lets someone who bought or downloaded a resource experience your coaching directly.
How to create a bundle:
- Go to Offers > Bundles.
- Click Create a new bundle.
- Give your bundle a catchy title and click Save & Continue.
- Click Add your first product (then Add another product) to choose what’s included, and click Save & Continue.
- Under Pricing, choose Free or Payment method, then Set a price. The Discount (calculated) is worked out for you.
- Add a short description, a CTA button label and a Store thumbnail.
- In Publication settings, choose Published and where it shows, then click Save & continue.
- Write your full sales copy on the Sales page step.
You don’t need to enter a discount. LCH Core works it out for you by comparing your price to the total value of the included offers.
Coupons
Coupons let you create discounts for your offers.
You can create:
- Percentage discounts
- Fixed amount discounts
- An expiration date for each coupon
- Coupons for specific offers
How to create a coupon:
- Go to Offers > Coupons.
- Click Create a new coupon.
- Enter your Coupon Code.
- Set the Expiration Date (required).
- Choose Percent off or Amount off, then enter the Discount Value.
- Under Applies To, choose which offers the coupon can be used on.
- Click Add new coupon, then share the code.
Coupons are useful for launches, referrals, returning clients, seasonal promotions, or email subscriber bonuses.
How every offer is set up
Sessions, packages, digital products and bundles all follow the same three steps. You’ll see them on the left of the setup screen:
- Details (required): name, short description, price and where it shows.
- Sales page (optional): we build a great-looking sales page for you automatically. Click Click to edit description to write your full description, or Open full designer to redesign it.
- Checkout (optional): keep Use my standard checkout (Recommended) or choose Customize checkout for this product.
Steps 2 and 3 unlock once you click Save & continue on Details. Courses have a few extra steps, but they end with the same Sales page and Checkout.
Publication settings sit at the bottom of Details:
- Status: Published or Draft. New offers start as Published, so switch to Draft if you’re not ready yet.
- Show in Public Store: anyone visiting your store can see it.
- Show in Client Store: your existing clients see it in their portal.
- Allow access via direct link: people with the link can buy it, even if it isn’t shown in a store.
Want an Unlisted offer? Untick both stores and keep Allow access via direct link ticked. The offer is hidden from both stores, but anyone you send the link to can buy it. Handy for private offers. Your offers list shows it as Hidden (Direct link only).
To come back to an offer later, click the menu next to it and choose Edit details, Edit sales page or Edit checkout.
You’ll also find Group Coaching and Order Bumps (an extra item offered at checkout) under Offers. Your checkout designs live under My Store > Checkout Pages.
Best way to start
If you are setting up your offers for the first time, start simple.
A strong first offer setup would be:
- Free discovery call for prospects
- Paid coaching session for one-off bookings
- Coaching package for serious clients
- Free lead magnet to grow your email list
- Digital product or mini course for scalable income
You do not need to create everything at once.
Start with the offers that help people take the next step with you.
Where should I share my offers?
Once your offers are published, copy the offer URLs (click the menu next to any offer and choose Copy URL) and share them anywhere prospects already find you.
Good places include:
- Website
- Blog articles
- Instagram bio
- Facebook page
- LinkedIn profile
- Email signature
- Newsletter
- Lead magnet follow-up emails
- LCH public store
Every offer link is a chance to turn interest into action.
Final takeaway
Your Offers Module helps you build a more profitable coaching business.
You can attract leads with free resources, book prospects with discovery calls, sell structured coaching packages, create scalable income with digital products and courses, and increase order value with bundles and coupons.
Instead of selling one thing one way, you can create multiple paths for people to discover you, buy from you, and keep working with you.
