Why isn’t the Submit Plan button showing for my client?

The Submit Your Plan button should always show up under your clients’ coaching plans. There are two conditions under which they don’t:

1. If there are no appointments, there won’t be any plan. Please make an appointment first with your client.
2. Your client is inactive. Check that your client is active.
