Can prospective clients and those interested in knowing more about me schedule appointments?
Yes. You can let people who arenโt clients yet book with you in two ways:
1) Public Booking Page โ instant, no account required
- Prospects can book sessions with you from your Public Booking Page once you set it up.
- Bookings create a Prospect (not a client yet).
- If you decide to work together, invite them through the client onboarding wizard to become a client.
- Great as a Calendly-style scheduler for discovery calls, networking chats, etc.
2) Public Store โ appears with your other offers
- List a $0 โFree Initial Consultationโ in your Public Store.
- When someone โpurchasesโ it, they become a Client immediately, then you (or they) schedule using the standard client flow.
One form powers both
Create the session once: Offers โ Session Types โ Create new (or use the Free Discovery Call template).
- Public Booking Page visibility: set Show on Public booking page = Yes and Publication = Published (or Unlisted).
- Store visibility: set Publication = Published (Unlisted/Draft wonโt show).
- You can attach an intake form for Public Booking Page bookings (forms arenโt used by the Store).
Pro tip: Use both for maximum reach
Most coaches show the same free session on {their Public Booking Page (fast leads) and in their Public Store (next to paid offers). Add links to both on your website, social bios, and email signature.

Note: Make sure you put Life Coach Hub on your Safe Sender email list so that you are sure to receive important emails.
