What happens if someone contacts me?

When someone clicks Contact Me on your directory profile and sends you a message, two things happen.

1. They land in your Contacts as a Prospect. Go to Contacts and you’ll see them with the source “Contact Form”. Open their folder and the Enquiries tab shows their message.

2. You get an email with their message and a “View Your Prospect” button that takes you straight to them.

If you’re on a paid plan (LCH Core or a marketing plan), you see their full name, email and phone straight away.

If you’re on the free plan, you’ll see their first name and message, but their full name, email and phone are hidden. Click “Unlock” on their contact folder (or use the link in the email) to pay a one-time fee and see their details. Until then you can’t message them, invite them to your portal or send a Welcome Package.
