What happens if someone contacts me?

If someone contacts you directly from your profile page, you’ll receive an email from us via email. This email will come from:

If you have a paid plan (either LCH Core or Marketing), you’ll get the prospect’s name and contact information in this email. If you don’t have a plan, you can pay per contact you receive. Just follow the payment link.

Please note that the information will not show up in your dashboard, only through email, so please make sure you put our email on your safe sender list.
