How do I pause or close my account (or just downgrade)?

We understandโ€”sometimes you’re not quite ready to launch, you’re taking a break, or you just need to simplify things. At Life Coach Hub, you have a few flexible options depending on what you need.

Youโ€™ll find all of these options at the bottom of your Plans page, located in Settings:

Option 1: Downgrade or Cancel Subscriptions (Keep Free Account)

If youโ€™d like to stop payments but still keep access to your account and client dashboard, you can:

Change your plan to the free version (1 client, limited tools)

Or cancel all active subscriptions while keeping your account and profile

This lets you stay listed on the site, keep any client records, and easily resume later.

Option 2: Pause Your Account Temporarily

Not quite ready to coach right now? You can pause your account instead of deleting it:

Your profile will be hidden from search results

You wonโ€™t be charged or emailed

You can reopen your account anytime by emailing support@lifecoachhub.com

Your settings and data will be saved

Perfect if you’re in a holding pattern but plan to return!

Option 3: Close Your Account Completely

If youโ€™re sure youโ€™re done and want a clean break:

Your profile will be removed

You wonโ€™t be billed or contacted again

All of your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered

This option is finalโ€”so be sure to export anything you want to keep first!
