What are course modules and lessons?

Course modules and lessons are the heart of your course. Your course will be organized around course material delivered in a modular format. Each module can have one or more lessons.

• Course content delivered in a modular fashion is organized as a series of modules divided into lessons. You can create these from your dashboard, and include text, images, audio and video. You can also assign any of your coaching tools to go along with each module. Modules are delivered automatically to your course members based on the schedule you choose.
• Meetings can be scheduled as well. Your course members will be alerted when and how to access these meetings.
