How do I fix video upload issues?

Sometimes video uploads fail if your internet connection is too slow or unstable. Here are a few steps that usually solve the problem:

1. Check Your Internet Connection

  • Use a strong Wi-Fi signal or a wired connection.
  • Avoid mobile hotspots or shared networks that may drop out.
  • If possible, pause other streaming or downloads while uploading.

2. Reduce Your File Size

  • Large videos are more likely to fail on slow connections.
  • Try compressing your video before uploading (most video editors or free tools like HandBrake can help).
  • Aim for under 500 MB if possible.

3. Retry the Upload

  • Log out and back in to refresh your session.
  • Restart the upload from the beginning.
  • If your upload was interrupted, sometimes a fresh attempt completes without issues.

4. Try Another Network

  • If you’re still stuck, switch to a faster network (home vs. work, or vice versa).
  • If you only have access to slow internet, consider compressing the file more.

5. Still Having Trouble?

If your internet is stable and the file is compressed but uploads still fail, please [contact support] and share:

  • The video file size
  • Your internet connection type (Wi-Fi, wired, mobile)
  • Any error messages you saw

This helps us troubleshoot quickly and get your video uploaded.
