Hey, I’m a coach!

How do I coach clients using Life Coach Hub’s coaching software?

Coaching is enjoyable and easy using your dashboard’s coaching tools and features. These Support pages will guide you through the main features of the system so you can get started right away!

Steps in your coaching journey

A. Onboarding your client and the welcome package

After you invite a client, you’ll be able to easily onboard them with our Onboarding Wizard. You’ll see their folder in your Client Management with the button Welcome your client. Just follow the steps to decide whether to send a Welcome Package and if they will receive Coaching plans before each session. You’ll also send a welcome message.

If you chose, your client will then receive your welcome package and agreement and fill in their personal information form and coaching information form. The coaching information form allows you to get an overview of the areas of strength and challenge for your client, to allow you to focus your coaching. You can customize both personal and coaching information forms.

After your client submits the forms from their welcome package, you will be able to access their personal and coaching information at any time for easy reference from the Settings tab of your client’s folder.

B. Sessions and appointments

Create session types for your coaching, such as 45 minute, 90 minute, 15 minute catch-up. You can also group these into coaching packages. Set a price for each.

You and your client can both create new sessions using these session types. Both you and your client will be alerted to your upcoming sessions, as well as any changes or cancellations. Appointment times will be automatically converted to your client’s time zone.

C. Coaching plans

Your client can submit a coaching plan before each of your sessions together if you choose (you can toggle this on or off during Onboarding, or from your client’s Settings page). Coaching plans allow you to keep your coaching targeted and on track. You can add comments, and your client can comment in response.

D. Coaching notes

Prepare for your session on the Sessions tab of your client folder by taking note of your client’s current focus, goals and possible obstacles. During your session, you can take detailed notes easily to keep you and your client on track towards their goals, and create a living record.

You can also easily send a summary of your session to your client. From their Coaching Pad, your client can take their own notes, keeping them engaged, as well as creating action items based on your session.

E. Getting to know and use coaching tools

From your Client Management interface, you can easily create and assign a range of coaching tools to help your clients reach success faster and get more from the coaching process. Try assigning journal topics, action itemsgoalsassessments and resources. Each coaching tool allows you to motivate, focus and progress your clients more efficiently and effectively. Monitor your coaching by creating customized feedback surveys, helping you keep your coaching right on track.

F. Online coaching

It’s easy to engage in online coaching using the dashboard tools.

Enjoy winning back time and creating an interactive experience that will turn your clients into raving fans!
