Scars of the Subconscious

The subconscious mind holds all past memories, deliberate or intentional, that the conscious mind does not. The subconscious mind is therefore on autopilot. The conscious mind, on the other hand is responsible for logic, calculations and all other reactions.
Your emotions are good indicators of messages sent by your subconscious to notify you about something.

How do Scars Occur?
Past hurt and deep emotions can be triggered if you find yourself not having the Emotional Intelligence to understand what is going on. For example if as a child you were constantly bullied and told that you were not good enough, if unchecked you will act out these feelings as an adult. You do not act on these traits consciously; however, your subconscious mind takes over.
Secret friend and Closet enemy
We go about our lives each day being unaware of this most pivotal part of our being, our secret friend and closet enemy making decisions that will either propel us or bring us lower.
The subconscious, ever so important, should be indeed protected… because yourself on autopilot will inherently determine who you are.
