10 Tips for a Healthy & Mindful Day
Table of Contents
Toggle“Happiness is your nature. It is not wrong to desire it. What is wrong is seeking it outside when it is inside.”
Ramana Maharshi
A list of Daily Activities for your Mind, Body and Spirit to ensure you have a Healthy, Mindful Day:
1) Stay present
When we get stuck on what was, or we become anxious with what is yet to come, our mental health becomes challenged. Taking responsibility for what you are doing and what you are creating today, this will bring balance into your mental well-being. Being present allows the longevity of your experiences, and the truth of what the experience means.
2) Be introspective & mindful
Rather than living by “default”…(how life Comes AT you) use your ability to look inside and discover what is seeking to emerge FROM you. Do exercises for your mind & soul that take you inward. As well, utilize your own self-mindfulness to keep connected to your authentic self, that true space within you. Expressing and doing what is in alignment with your internal self.
3) Be love
Rather than using love as a commodity, to give and get what you want…BE LOVE.
Think love, speak love, act love and share love. By doing so, you truly know love, because you are love.

4) Laugh, smile & sing
Find joy and express it physically. Let the endorphins of the joy heal and rejuvenate the cells of your body, each day!
5) Practice gratitude
Gratitude is a great multiplier. Giving gratitude for all things you have, and all things that are still yet to come, brings more flow your way. Sincere gratitude for even the small things.
6) Good aromas & sounds
The ambiance in your home, your work place and your social environment feed your soul and your senses.
7) Speak carefully
You can’t say life is hard, and expect good and positive things to come your way. Your vibration out into your environment and the Universe will bring back the vibration you put out. If you want goodness in your life, you speak goodness.
8) Breathe
Take long deep breaths in through your nose, hold for a pause, then exhale out through your mouth. This is Dynamic breathing: it oxygenates your cells and rejuvenates the body. Do so as often as you can, even find time to meditate/contemplate/be still and quiet to bring you back to your dynamic self.
9) Get inspired
Connect daily with the sights, people and ideas that motivate you and get you moving forward.
10) Artful living
Live your life as an Art Form. Express your thoughts, your words, your actions and your dreams as the extension of your soul in the external material world. “In+Joy” what you eat, where you go, what you do, how you speak, how you take things in. Enjoy your days and your life as “The Practice of You.”
