About Me

Lisa is the coach and founder of Heart of Serenity, where she guides sensitive and soulful seekers into peace, wholeness, and authentic alignment. Rooted in compassion and faith, she supports others in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and the deeper spiritual guidance that leads them toward healing and purpose.

As a Transpersonal Coach, she integrates the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical dimensions of growth—creating a sacred and supportive space where true healing and transformation can unfold.

As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) herself, Lisa understands what it means to feel deeply attuned to emotions, energy, and environments. Through her own journey of faith, reflection, and growth, she has learned to embrace this sensitivity as a spiritual gift—one that allows her to walk alongside others as they uncover resilience, clarity, and self-trust, and step more fully into the life they were created to live.

How I like to coach

My coaching is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and emotional safety. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help clients understand the deeper patterns that influence their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors. Using a blend of trauma-informed coaching, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, parts work, cognitive and behavioral strategies, and faith-based encouragement (when desired), I guide clients toward greater resilience, self-awareness, and lasting transformation.

I believe healing is not about becoming someone different, it is about reconnecting with the person God created you to be beneath the wounds, survival patterns, and self-protection.

I believe that many of our struggles are not signs that something is "wrong" with us. Rather, they are often the result of years spent adapting, surviving, protecting ourselves, or carrying burdens that were never ours to hold. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to walk beside you as you rediscover who you have always been beneath those protective patterns.

Every session is personalized to your unique story, pace, and goals. Together, we create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, become curious about your experiences, and gently explore the beliefs, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we work toward understanding the deeper roots of emotional pain so lasting transformation can occur.

My coaching approach integrates evidence-informed practices with compassionate care, drawing from nervous system regulation, mindfulness, somatic awareness, parts work, cognitive and behavioral strategies, emotional resilience, and healthy boundary development. For clients who desire it, faith can also be thoughtfully woven into the healing process, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
