Finding Your Purpose
Lost and unhappy
Until last year, I spent my entire life not knowing exactly what I wanted to do with my life. 12 years of my adult life were spent by:
- Dating horrible men
- Making terrible decisions
- Moving multiple times
- Spending a lot of unnecessary money
I was confused and unhappy and I had no idea why! I was so lost!
Real happiness
What I’ve learned is that we need to take time for ourselves in order to get our goals right. It is ultimately important to meditate and focus on the following:
- What we want
- What makes us happy
- To figure out our passions and purpose
Without doing this, you will never reach real happiness and you will indulge in many things that create temporary happiness only to come down from that “high” and be even more miserable than you were before. You don’t want to live most of your life in a cycle, wandering around in search of something to make you truly happy.

Your goal for today is to write down three things that you are REALLY PASSIONATE about and three ways to incorporate those passions into your everyday life, whether it be through your daily activities or your career.
There’s only one you and only YOU are responsible for your own happiness. CREATE it today!
