Thatโs the secret. Set the bar so low you canโt trip over it. And then do it every single day. The real momentum doesnโt come from crushing it, it comes from showing up when you didnโt want to.

You sleep too late.
You eat like trash.
You over-consume.

The solution isnโt another coffee. Itโs an alarm clock, not to wake up, but to go to bed. Sleep is the king of consistency. And when sleep is off, everything else breaks. Work through the fog.
Show up when youโre tired.

Create the New You
Your brain needs balance. Your body needs fuel. Your soul needs a mission.
Start with this:
- Write down your to-do list.
- Prioritize it, high to low.
- Set a timer (I use Flow Timer).
- Work. Then break. Then work again.
- Keep your breaks shorter than your work blocks. No more than 25%.
- Increase your output week over week. Even just by 5%.
- Keep your sleep and diet locked in. Same time every day.

This works. But only if you do. Yes you can hire a productivity coach, but they canโt do the work for you, they can only guide you.
