This call gives you a chance to experience my coaching first-hand, to sense whether this feels aligned for you, and to decide if we’re a fit. Many people find they already walk away from this first call feeling lighter, clearer, and more motivated.

Professional and life experience

I’ve been an entrepreneur and mentor since 2007, starting my career as a financial advisor where I also founded a young professionals network focused on growth and community. Over the years, I’ve built and scaled multiple businesses, from direct-to-consumer brands through my company 528 Productions to helping launch a recreational cannabis brand. I’ve also been active in my community, serving on nonprofit boards and volunteering as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I’ve always been passionate about creating spaces for growth and transformation. I co-created and launched the ManTalks Mastermind program, and I designed and facilitated The Purpose Method, a course that helped hundreds of teens and adults uncover their deepest values and align their lives with purpose. These experiences taught me the power of peer-to-peer mentorship, values-based growth, and creating containers where people feel truly seen and supported.

I’m also a long-time meditator and student of personal development, with years of immersion in meditation, breathwork, retreats, and professional trainings. I’m certified in Positive Intelligence (PQ), High Flow Coaching, and NLP, and I bring all of these experiences together in my coaching.

My passion is helping people get unstuck and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I believe in holding a space where you can ignite your inner fire, discover your own answers, and create a life that feels aligned, energized, and meaningful.
