Talk to a coach about Work/Life balance coaching
What is a Life Coach and Do I Need One?

A life coach is a professional whose job is to help you identify your goals and assist you in creating an action plan, in order to achieve successful results.
Life coaches are much like personal fitness trainers, except that life coaches train the mindset instead of training the body. With a well trained mind, you are less likely to create problems that aren’t really problems. Life coaching clients are more likely to have a better sense of self awareness and tend to be very happy and highly functioning individuals because of this.
If you know anything about our emotions, you would know that they are caused by our thoughts. When you understand the source of your feelings, or emotions, it is much easier to process and move forward.
Having said that, if you have done the work to train your mind, then you will be able to control your emotions much more easily than an individual who is just letting their minds wander on autopilot.
Why would I hire a life coach?
There are countless reasons why clients hire life coaches. Our clients are individuals who are going though a transition, wanting to make a change, or just lacking balance in their life. Here are just a few examples of what we have helped our clients with in the past:
- Family relationships
- Finding balance
- Boundary issues
- Gain more confidence
- Simplify their life
- Clarifying their life purpose
- Time management
So, what it all boils down to is…
Everyone can benefit from working with a life coach. We all have a life and we all have a mind that can create farfetched thoughts and problems if left untrained.
You hire a personal trainer to train you to achieve better health, why not hire a life coach (cough, cough, Coach Sarah) to train your mind to achieve a healthy mindset?
