Commitment is an important component to success. You have to have passion for what you’re wanting to do because without it there will be no commitment. Success can be a long journey and passion ensures longevity and you will be less likely to give up.
We need to dig deep and find out what you are really passionate about. It is through our passions that we can learn our purpose. Some people disagree that your passion is separate from what you’re really meant to do. However I am not going to accept that because I feel we all deserve a life of happiness.
By choosing a career that aligns with our passion and our goals we create harmony.
Harmony of the mind and heart are crucial. Have you ever wanted to do something but you had a gut feeling that something would go wrong? That feeling is your mind and heart wanting and needing two different things.
Three Easy Tips to Finding your Passion in Life
Here are 3 ways to figure out what your passion is:
Write down a list of 10 things that you have always wanted to do. Now please only write down what you could accomplish within a year. Once you have your list completed post it somewhere where you will see it daily. Each month attempt to accomplish one of the goals. If you have more time then by all means do as much as you can. You will learn more about yourself by taking action.
Get rid of toxic relationships and friendships. As the saying goes, “Out with the old and in with the new.” Make room for new things in your life. It can be someone and something that hinders you from show casing your true personality. Only be around people that you can be totally free around.
Job shadow or intern with your career choice. Jump right in and find out hands on. You will quickly find out if that is a career for toy. I have worked in multiple industries and I completed an internship so it as easy for me to make my choice to get a B.A. In Psychology and begin coaching.
