About Me

As a mom, wife, daughter, sister, auntie, godmother, grandmother, administrator, educator, clinician, mentor, advocate, community member and entreprenuer (Whew!), I know what it takes to maintain life (including weathering life's storms, peaks & valleys) and have the courage to fulfill my own dreams and goals!

With over 25 years of experience and a plethora of expertise, including but surely not limited to: leadership, empowerment, education and health & wellness, I'm a service-oriented transformational leader, visionary and life-strategist who is invested in those I serve.  As an influencer, I created a movement that empowers others and you to transform YOUR life so that YOU can become a better version of yourself!  I've ovecome numerous obstacles and past traumas from personal and professional environments. 

I'm a true testimony of what it is looks like to have someone empower you, motivate you, encourage you and inspire you on your life journey!!!  I want to be that person for YOU!  I will be YOUR partner in the journey!! I will walk with you and be your biggest cheerleader as you strive to find your voice, courage and increased self-esteem (confidence) that will lead you to self-discovery and a greater sense of self and purpose. How I like to coach

Creating a safe space for authenticity, transparency, and partnership is key in my coaching practice with my clients.  As a life-strategist and transformational leader & visionary, I place a focus on the talents, strengths and uniqueness of my clients. It is my desire to serve as a contributing and empowerment partner with my clients on their journey of life!!!
