How to Use the Law of Attraction: 3 Steps to Attracting What You Want

Learn how to use the law of attraction to attract what you want in life.

You can attract anything you want in your life. You have the power to create your reality and make your dreams come true. But knowing the technique of how to use the law of attraction -and getting it right – is more difficult than it seems.

Automatic pattern of thought

You see, you’re stuck in automatic patterns of thoughts and behaviours that keep drawing to you the same old thing such as a hurtful relationship, no recognition at work, a state of poverty, friends that betray you and so on.

If you look into your past you’ll notice these patterns come from your childhood or previous experiences. If you want to positively improve your life you’ll need to make changes to your patterns.

If you continue to think and act in the same way, then no change will occur.

Instead, follow these three simple steps on how to use the law of attraction to get what you want in life.

How to use the law of attraction, step 1: Ask.

You’ve noticed what you don’t want in life, but what do you want? What would you prefer to have in your life?

Follow your passion and consider what makes you heart sing, and what makes you happy. The challenging part about asking is that you must be disciplined to think about what you want, rather than what you don’t want.

How to use the law of attraction, step 2: Align your thoughts, feelings and actions toward your goal.

  • Thoughts. For instance if you want to change your financial situation change your thinking from: “I don’t have enough money” to “I’m grateful for all that I have.” Feelings of gratitude are a powerful tool to changing negative thought patterns.
  • Feelings. You feel as you think. When you change your thoughts about finances, your feelings about finances will also change. They may not change instantly because you are re-writing over the old patterns. Remain diligent with your overall plan and keep focused on what you want with your thoughts and feelings. Soon you will notice the energies shift in your favour.
  • Actions. You must also change your actions. If you continue to be a couch potato and watch television 24 hours a day it is unlikely your financial situation will change. Watch for changes happening in your environment and take notice of the new opportunities that come your way. For instance, when you start working with the Laws of Attraction things in your life will start to change towards what you want to attract. If you get invited to dinner to meet a potential client, but decide not to go, you’ve lost an opportunity to make the changes you desire. Take action when something new comes your way that will positively change your life.

How to use the law of attraction, step #3: Allow the change to occur.

Know in your heart that something is changing. When thoughts of doubt or worry come up, change them to something that aligns towards your dreams and goals.

Aligning your thoughts, feelings and actions towards anything you want is like sending out a beacon of light to the laws of the universe saying that you know the Laws of Attraction and are eager to make your dreams and goals come true.
