Hey, I’m a coach!

Executive Coaching for Clarity, Impact, and Human-Centered Leadership

Los Angeles, United States
EQ-driven, purpose-aligned, reflective executive coaching with business depth.

About Me

I coach leaders, founders, and executives to balance business strategy with EQ-informed leadership. I'm passionate about helping my clients to become more effective leaders, without sacrificing balance, values, and their personal lives.

My job is to help them to improve the quality of thinking, clarify positioning, and establish confidence about what is next. I do this by:

  1. Empowering leaders to arrive at solutions that align their values and objectives
  2. Eliminating noise so that they can make higher-quality decisions under ambiguity and scrutiny
  3. Helping them to achieve better business outcomes by leading with integrity and authenticity

My background spans global brands (Disney, Mars), venture-backed companies, and founder-led businesses. I bring an MBA, strategy, creative, marketing, and operations experience, and over a decade advising executives at moments that matter, including repositioning and expansion.

If you’re looking for someone thoughtful, candid, and steady who can help you think clearly and decide deliberately, we should talk.

Results & Goals

Our work together can yield the following outcomes:

  1. Clarification of positioning and strategic priorities
  2. Stronger, more consistent outcomes through values and value proposition-alignment
  3. Relief from stress, distraction, "noise," and limiting beliefs that create confusion or indecision
  4. Alignment of personal priorities with career priorities
  5. Confidence in the way forward for leaders, and subsequently, for their teams and organizations

My ultimate goal is for my clients to be more strategic and authentic leaders so that they, and the people they work with, can do their best work, and feel good at the end of each day.

How I like to coach

My work balances an ICF coaching practice with strategic business depth.

After consulting for over six years and spending the previous twelve in corporate settings, I have a deep understanding of organizational complexity, leadership pressure, and decision-making at senior levels. I combine this consulting background with an ICF-informed coaching practice that is future-focused and is rooted in the assumption that my clients have the power to achieve what they set out to, and it's my job to help them create a path forward that works for how they want to live their lives.

In our initial intake call, we'll establish the larger problem you're trying to overcome or the objective you are trying to achieve. In subsequent sessions, we will choose a topic or focus for that day, determine how it applies to your larger coaching goal, and then use our time together to arrive at a desired outcome.

About Me

In 2019, I completed my MBA, then promptly left corporate life and moved to Paris to build something of my own. I wanted to work closer to the problems I found most interesting, the ones at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and human behavior.

What started as brand strategy consulting quickly evolved. Clients kept asking me to stay in the room longer, to help them think through decisions that went beyond messaging. To be the outside voice that asked the questions their teams couldn't. Coaching, it turned out, was already at the center of my most valuable work, I just hadn't named it yet.

So I named it. I'm now formally training as an executive coach through Erickson International (ACC track), deepening the methodology to match the work I've been doing for years.

What I Do Today

I work with founders and senior leaders in three interconnected ways:

Executive Coaching: One-to-one coaching for leaders who want to make better decisions, lead with more integrity, and close the gap between who they intend to be and how they actually show up.

Strategic Advisory: Fractional CMO and brand positioning work for companies navigating growth, repositioning, or increased visibility. I help leadership teams get aligned on what they stand for and how to communicate it.

Thought Leadership & Ghostwriting: For executives who have something real to say and need a partner to help them say it. I write and shape long-form books and content that builds authority without sacrificing voice.

The thread connecting all three: I help people get clear, then help them communicate that clarity to their teams, their markets, and themselves.

A Little More

I split my time between Paris and Los Angeles, which means I work with clients across the US and Europe. I'm drawn to leaders who take their work seriously but haven't lost their sense of humor about it. I believe that good leadership and good business are more compatible than most organizations act like, and that the cost of bad leadership is vastly underestimated. If any of that resonates, I'd love to talk.
