I’m a natural intuit and coach whose ultimate goal is to empower my clients to achieve the life they desire. After a successful career in International Development, I realized what I loved most about my work was helping individuals realize their full potential and connect to their authentic selves. I then transitioned to coaching, and am currently in the training and certification process with CTI and utilize their Co-Active Coaching model. I hold a BA from American University and an MA from Johns Hopkins SAIS. I believe that fundamentally you have all the answers you need inside of you. We, together, will custom design our relationship to leverage my strengths to meet your needs. The goal is to help you tap into your highest self to find breakthroughs in the area of life you are most struggling with.
