About Me

For over 25 years, I worked as a public school Special Education teacher—a role I truly loved. But over time, the increasing demands, paperwork, and constant pressure began to take a toll. What once felt meaningful started to feel overwhelming, and I could see I was heading toward burnout.

I remember thinking: If I leave this, what else could I possibly do? Who would hire me? I felt completely stuck.

That was a turning point for me, and I started on a powerful journey of self-discovery. I began to shift how I saw myself—recognizing my strengths, reframing obstacles, and facing fears in a new way. And something clicked.

I realized I had already been coaching for years.

I had been guiding students, supporting parents through challenging moments, and collaborating with colleagues to create meaningful, personalized strategies. I wasn’t just teaching—I was helping people navigate stress, build confidence, and move forward in their lives.

As I applied these same tools to my own life, I experienced a profound shift—from chaos and overwhelm, to clarity and calm. And naturally, I began helping others do the same.

That’s what led me to formally transition into coaching. I became certified as both a Health Coach and Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute, because I believe lasting change requires a “whole person” approach—mind, habits, and emotional well-being.

Today, I help individuals who know they need to make changes but are are unsure of their next step, untangle the noise, build confidence, and create a life that feels more aligned with what they value and truly want for themselves.

As a Confidence Coach, I help you cut through overthinking, self-doubt, and daily stress to focus on what truly matters. Together, we identify what you want, understand what’s been holding you back, and create a clear, intentional path forward.

This work goes beyond insight—it’s about meaningful, lasting change. We combine reflection with action, building practical habits and strategies that create real momentum in your career, relationships, health, and day-to-day life. Confidence isn’t something you wait for—it’s something you build through consistent follow-through.

I offer a personalized, supportive space where you’ll gain clarity, strengthen your mindset, and begin to trust yourself on a deeper level. At the same time, I provide the structure and accountability needed to help you move forward—even when things feel challenging or uncertain.

Coaching

12 weeks Life Experienced as Your Best You

These sessions will not only help you to actually take steps to move forward and sometimes out of your comfort zone, but the sessions will get deep into you beliefs and identity transformation.

$1,400, plus a free Discovery Session before the 6 weeks begin- If paid in full, subtract $100.

6 weeks - Life Experienced Jump Start into Motivation & Action

This is good for just finding and developing the motivation to start into action. This is great for the individual that just needs a push. Since this is only 6 sessions, we many not be able to truly dive into transforming your belief system transform, or identity transformation, but you will gain more confidence and strategies to hurdle challenges that might otherwise hold you back.

$780 plus a free Discovery Session before the 12 weeks begin - if paid in full, subtract $80

3 weeks - Experience the Power of Positivity in Life

In these sessions the client will learn to see their current situation or struggle as an opportunity for growth, exploration and options. We will work together to get curious about perceptions, expectations and realities in order to find positivity and peace in even the most difficult circumstances.

$420-plus a free Discovery Session before the 3 weeks begin

Individual Sessions

$150-plus free discovery session before the 1st individual session

***All sessions are 50-60 minutes long, and include:

  1. a follow up email of key takeaways and action steps
  2. a between session check - in to ensure action steps are able to be completed or adjusted
  3. access to contact me if needed by text or email between sessions

Professional and life experience

With over 25 years in education supporting diverse learners, along with 300+ hours of Life and Health Coaching, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work with clients.

My work is shaped not only by formal training, but by a variety of lived experiences that allow me to meet clients with genuine empathy and clarity. I have navigated significant life transitions, including rebuilding my life across the country, as well as profound personal loss—the passing of my only sibling at a young age and later both parents during a pivotal chapter of my life.

I have also moved through an abusive relationship, high-pressure professional environments, and the ongoing challenge of balancing personal and professional responsibilities. Living with a chronic health condition and overcoming breast cancer have further strengthened my resilience and deepened my ability to support others through complex and uncertain times.

As a wife and mother of two sons, I also understand the complexities and rewards of family life, including the challenges that come with it. These experiences have shaped my ability to help clients navigate relationships, identity, and personal growth with clarity and compassion.

I view these experiences as more than challenges—these opportunities have shaped who I am today—allowing me to guide others with insight, a refined perspective, and a deep respect for each individual’s journey.
