About Me

With plenty of life, corporate and grief experience, a Masters Degree in communication, certification as a professional coach,neurolinguistics practitioner, mediator, and corporate executive, I can identify and coach you through your experiences and goal-setting. I will keep true to your goals through honest, direct discussion. 

I am a mother, wife, widow, grandmother, dog-lover, nature lover, life-long exerciser and life-long learner. I revel in helping people find their way through this journey. I have had plenty of help finding mine - I still do!

How I like to coach

Based on the relationship we develop, I'll ask you if you want me to be tougher, slower, more supportive or more challenging. This is the value of strong, clear communication. I will learn how best you act and react.

Offerings

Coaching

Our coaching time together will be specifically for you to identify your strengths and challenges, any time sensitive issues you need to address, long term planning for all aspects of your life.

We can meet on FaceTime, just over the phone, through zoom or using other programs. 

I provide individual as well as team coaching, depending upon your needs.

My individual coaching requires  a full 75 minutes for the first meeting at a fee of $150, following that we can meet weekly or biweekly for 50 minutes for a fee of $115 paid in advance.

Group or team coaching is at a higher rate.

Professional and life experience

I have spent 30 years as a healthcare executive and 14 as an executive and life coach and executive consultant. I have lived through significant loss and learned how to avoid being defined/identified with loss. 

I have helped many people navigate the healthcare system, and learn how to be advocates for themselves and others, not just in healthcare,  but in all aspects of life.

Kindness is the only thing that people can relate to which will produce long-lasting positive results, in the face of fear. Fear is realized when we are confronted with crises where we have no experience, or when we understand that failure is entirely possible. Kindness enables positive relationship change during stressful situations.  

My experience has shown that anything is possible, and sometimes reframing what you're looking for is what you need.

Fee description

Individual coaching is $115/50 minutes, except for the first meeting at

$165/75 minutes,

Group coaching is $350/50 minutes
