My coaching is intended for those that desire to improve their life - wherever they are starting from. I will provide the resources, skill building support, and motivation to prove to yourself that your dreams are within reach. We will work to craft a more successful life with better relationships, more money and greater personal freedom. The foundation starts by creating a compelling vision and your unique personal definition of success (PDOS). Successful completion will increase participant mastery and knowledge to: 1. Uncover and craft your PDOS and vision 2. Identify a strategic vision for your lifestyle 3. Identify a strategic vision for your business so it supports your lifestyle 4. Coaching

Typical coaching sessions are 30 minutes long. The best results occur when the client commits to two sessions per week for approximately 3 Months. Clients may desire longer or shorter commitments and this can be arranged during your FREE get to know each other coaching call. Clients may then choose to pay weekly, monthly, quarterly or for semi-annual programs. All coaching programs can be delivered in person, skype or via telephone.

Courses

The Intentional Entrepreneur - (ITE 1) This 4 hour course guides you through a process of consideration, exploration, and planning and provides tools to examine both the emotional and practical aspects of business ownership. The cost for this course is $175.00. Designed to establish a 1-year vision and go forward road map we highly recommend starting with this a half-day workshop. You will assess your entrepreneurial interest, personal and professional goals and identify the action steps necessary to realize business ownership.

Training and development

• Ideas to Enterprises Two (ITE-2) is a ten-week, four-hour class plus outside study offered every Wednesday for 4 hours of class instruction. Additionally there is a one-hour individual coaching session via Skype each week for participants. The cost for this course is $2595.00 Designed for participants who have an idea for a business, but want to reduce their financial risks and increase their success probability for their new venture. Participants will work on their own business ideas throughout the ten week program — moving ideas to reality or to new levels of growth. Successful completion of this course will increase participant knowledge and ability to: 1. Identify a strategic vision for your business and your lifestyle 2. Build a solid business model, revenue models 3. Determine appropriate plan of financing 4. Demonstrate intentional networking strategies 5. Plan for viable exit strategies Participants are encouraged to accomplish outside, reading, study, research, informational interviewing and networking activities each week.
