To get someone into a better space, you have to understand what motivates different personalities. No-one gets the one size fits all treatment because the person makes the difference. How about this everybody I’m back to work in two weeks, I lost my job. I was down in the dumpster. I absolutely could not get rid of my depressed state of mind.
