About Me

I work with clients who are transitioning in their career, struggling to connect with their team and/or want to grow their leadership skill set. Are you stressed and not sleeping at night? With over 25 years of leading teams and helping others lead and connect with their team has led me to become a Leadership/Career Coach. I graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S.; Certified by Coach U with (CUG). Certified Birkman Consultant and Certified Personal Communication Style Inventory (PSCI) Consultant. Additionally, certified by the ICF with Associate Coaching Credentials (ACC).

Professional and life experience

Candice Battles is an accomplished, performance-driven Human Resources and Labor and Employee Relations Executive. She is formerly a Vice President, Employee and Labor Relations. Prior to that, Candice was Senior Group Manager Labor Relations. Candice received her coach certification in Leadership Coaching at Coach University. She is also a Birkman Cerified Consultant, in which she is trained to identify a person's passions, behaviors, motivation and interests. Candice is a graduate of Kansas State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology.

Fee description

Fees: from 20.00 USD to 500.00 USD

A monthly rate of 240.00 includes two private coaching sessions for 55 minutes a month with unlimited emails and short phone calls. Additionally, I am a Certified Birkman Consultant and that testing could be added to your program. My group coaching is 20.00 per hour with a limit of 8 attendees.
