If you're a sensitive person who feels disconnected or anxious, you're in the right place. I'll help you reconnect with yourself, find your ground, and take steps forward. How? Through compassionate coaching and personalized nervous system practices (no experience necessary).

With over 30 years of experience as a registered yoga teacher (ERYT-500) and Reiki practitioner, I bring a unique, nervous system-centered approach to coaching that goes beyond just talking. My work integrates simple nervous system techniques to feel grounded, present, and alive again. Some clients prefer a more traditional approach to coaching, and I can do that too ... what matters is that you feel comfortable with whichever approach we explore.

As a descendant of Lahiri Mahasaya, a revered yogi and key figure in the Kriya Yoga tradition, I'm able to draw on yogic wisdom while addressing modern challenges like burnout, anxiety, and disconnection.

I've also navigated my own mental health journey with bipolar disorder and hitting rock bottom, and learning how to successfully re-set my life and nervous system, so I understand what it's like to feel disconnected, anxious, and totally unsure of how to move forward. That lived experience informs my compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to coaching.

How I like to coach

I coach with compassion, flexibility, and a whole-system approach. If you choose, we can work with your mind, body, and nervous system to help you return to calm and presence. I tailor every session to your needs ... whether you choose traditional coaching or breathwork, movement, or mindfulness practices. My approach is collaborative, completely nonjudgmental, and grounded in nervous system regulation and somatic awareness. I also offer unlimited texting and emails between sessions for faster momentum and greater support!
