About Me

I am a Board Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education with a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching.

My coaching and leadership philosophy is rooted in transformational leadership. I believe true success comes from empowering others, creating meaningful growth, and building environments where people feel supported, motivated, and equipped to succeed. When my team/clients are winning, I am winning.

Outside of my career, I am a proud mom, wife, and small homesteader who values intentional living, resilience, and creating a life by design. These experiences shape my whole-person approach to coaching and leadership, allowing me to connect authentically with individuals striving to grow in business, leadership, and life.

How I like to coach

My coaching style is grounded in partnership, curiosity, and accountability. I believe the most powerful growth happens when you feel both supported and challenged in a way that moves you forward with clarity and confidence.

I take a whole-person approach, blending evidence-based coaching with practical strategies that fit real life—not just theory. I focus on helping you uncover your strengths, shift unhelpful patterns, and create intentional action that aligns with your goals and values.

Sessions with me are structured yet flexible. I listen deeply, ask direct and thoughtful questions, and help you get to the root of what’s really driving your decisions and outcomes. I don’t believe in quick fixes—I believe in sustainable transformation built through awareness, commitment, and consistent action.

I offer business/entrepreneurship and life coaching services. For each of these coaching types individual and package options are available with sessions ranging from 30 - 60 minutes per session.

Professional and life experience

Over the past decade, I have grown personally and professionally to create massive change in my own life. With the guidance of my own personal coach, I excelled from employee to leader to business owner over a 5 year period. In 2024, Relentless Consulting and Coaching was born. I am a testament to the power we have over our own lives and my goal as a coach is to help you dig into your own personal power to reach places you never thought were possible.

Outside of my professional life, I am a mom of two, wife, and homesteader. On our 2 acre farm we have 2 dogs and 21 chickens. I enjoy gardening, reading, yoga, dance, and living a peaceful lifestyle.
