Most coaches are fully migrated within a week, often less. Our team handles the heavy lifting and you review and approve before going live.
Yes, if you exported it before Profi shut down. We can import client lists, contact info, and any notes you saved. Session history and portal content that was not exported is unfortunately not recoverable, but we will help you recreate what you need.
Your subscription automatically renews at the regular rate (New Coach $17/mo or Master Coach $57/mo). You can cancel any time before that. No surprise charges.

When you sign up, you start with a 14-day free trial (no credit card needed). At the end of your trial, when you choose a paid plan and enter payment details, type PROFI-50 into the coupon code field. The 50% discount applies to your first 6 months automatically. We will also send you reminder emails during your trial so you do not forget the code.
We email it to you in your welcome email and again a few days before your trial ends. If you somehow miss both emails, just reply to any LCH email or contact support and we will resend the code. As long as you signed up via this page, you are eligible for the discount.
