The vision behind A Safe Haven Wellness comes from owner Trevor Ulrich’s personal journey. Having faced challenges with addiction, loss, and the struggle of living authentically, Trevor understands firsthand how difficult it can be to break free from cycles of pain and self-doubt. After years of working through his own healing — including becoming sober, embracing his identity, and rebuilding his life — he found purpose in helping others do the same.

Trevor’s background allows him to connect with clients on a deeper, more personal level. His life experiences fuel his passion for creating a safe space where individuals can feel seen, supported, and empowered to take steps toward lasting change. Today, as a counselor and life coach, Trevor combines professional training with real-life understanding to guide others toward hope, healing, and resilience.
