About Me
I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Addictions Counselor for over 30 years in Colorado. I am also a Certified Life Coach. I specialize in helping people with their personal problems by teaching and coaching them to take direct action steps from the point they are in their lives. I am a specialist in traditional psychotherapy techniques. These techniques help people work thru their mal-adaptive history and trauma. My Life Coaching Certification taught me to help people change by teaching and coaching them to take direct steps from the point they in their lives. I weave both of these philosophy's into one great life coaching experience!!! If you need to re-visit some history, I can help you work thru those issues. If you simply want to move on from where you are, let's get to it! My interweaving of both philosophy's and techniques will provide you what you need to make the changes you want. Professional and life experience
For the past 30 years I have dedicated my life to helping others within the mental health, substance abuse and Life Coaching fields. During those years I have worked with almost every population and age.
In my personal life I have raised a family and have had my share of difficult life situations that I had to dig myself out of. I have also experienced an abundance of joy, hope, and love in my life. I have learned in my years that it is never to late to begin again and take one step forward, one small step at a time!
Fee description
Fees: from $50.00 USD to $500.00 USD$50.00 - 2 half hour email sessions. (good for a month), or 1 one hour email session.
Package - 5 email sessions for $225.00
$100.00 - 1 hour phone or Skype session
Package deal - 5 sessions for $450.00
Local in-person rate - $50.00 per session
