About Me

My name is Tash and I am a Spiritual Life and Mindset coach. My practice started in 2019 but only really took off in 2020 during hard lockdown. I started out using tools such as tarot cards and mediumship, and found the coaching came naturally. I then enrolled with Transformation Academy and competed my certification.

What can I do for you? Most of us just feel stuck sometimes. I support clients, like you, to create and grow in areas of your life, getting to the cause of how you are feeling. I will help align you with who you TRULY are, mind, body and soul, finding positive solutions to resolve these issues. Together we focus on helping you to show up authentically, be fully self-expressed, and fulfill your lifes purpose.

How I like to coach

I offer all session online via video call. My coaching style is what you see is what you get. I will always be open and straight forward in my approach for those who are serious about taking charge of their lives. Having said that, I am an empathetic person so will also treat each session with respect and mindfulness.

I use a combination of techniques which I well customise to suit your needs.

I currently have two programs available, which will be customized to suit your individual needs. These are:

1. Discovering Your Life Purpose,
2. Kick-starting Your New Mindset.  These can be done individually or as one program

I will be introducing groups to my coaching as I have found that we have more in common with others than we may realize and through that, there will be added support.

Professional and life experience

I work as a psychic medium too and from this I saw many people with the same themes occuring. This prompted me to coaching.

My own life experience is extensive, from being in a toxic marriage with alcohol abuse, to also feeling so stuck in where to next. I have first hand experience on the hardships of life and the ways in which I was able to change my situation and find my True Life Purpose, which is to help others who find themselves in the same or similar situations.

I also work with a network of people who can assist where I can't or if something more serious is needed.

Pricing ranges from R350 per hour OR up to R5000 for a full program
