About Me

I am a life coach and partner with Twin Life Coaching and Business Services. I work out of a location in Guelph, Ontario where I meet with clients either in person at the office or through Zoom, Whatsapp or phone coaching. I assist my clients by empowering and supporting them with their life and business goals, challenges and struggles. I can assist with personal challenges such as: goal setting, relationship issues, depression / anxiety, financial wellness, and much more. I also can empower you with work-related goals such as: career challenges or changes, workplace stress, organization, business foundations and processes, and general employee/ leadership growth. I use many different tools in my coaching which include: goal setting, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness techniques, advanced coaching, basic counseling, leadership training skills/tools, among others. Other unique offerings include: family or personal financial coaching, which includes a tool emailed and ready to use that tracks all the family expenses and ways to save.

How I like to coach

I believe everyone is unique. My coaching programs are designed with you in mind, and are not a done-for-everyone coaching program. We assess your needs, vision, and goals and create a unique coaching experience based on those.

45 mins free consult - to ensure we are a fit for each other.

Coaching programs are 8 hours or 12 hours depending on needs determined during the free consult. Appointments are generally 60 mins in length, but upon request, can be 30 mins at a time.

We have 2 free self-serve communities, one with our main business, Twin Life Coaching & Business Services. The information and link is found on our website.

The leadership division is called Amplifying Leadership, of which I also host a podcast of the same name, with guests each Monday and a tip each Thursday. The community is found on that website.

Fee description

Fees: from $70.00 USD to $200.00 USD

All packages are in CAD and include emails between sessions, resources if needed, tools, etc.

Life or Career Coaching:

$70 CAD for 30 mins or $135 for 1 hour (Pay as you go)

$1050 CAD - 8 session package

$1500 CAD - 12 session package

Leadership or business coaching.

$1840 CAD - 8 session package

$2700 CAD - 12 session package
