About Me
I was raised in Northern California surrounded by family and friends who always supported me. As a teen struggling with my identity and insecurities, I discovered that lasting fulfillment could only be experienced by accepting our true selves.
Working in education for many years, I connected with a variety of people and was able to help them grow and thrive. The direction of my life changed when I began researching my dissertation and realized that I was meant to help more people in a bigger way.
My training gave me a deeper understanding of how negative patterns and human needs keep us accepting the mediocrity. Life Coaching focuses on creating results, and finding positive ways to fulfill our human needs in changing patterns.

The sudden death of my older brother caused me to question the meaning of my life on a deeper level and so my journey began. Working in education for many years, I connected with a variety of people and was able to help them grow and thrive.
