About Me

For 16 years, I was married to someone struggling with addiction. Throughout that time, my own codependency became intricately tied to her struggles. For many of those years, the tumultuous dynamic between codependency and addiction dominated our lives, ultimately fracturing our relationships with each other, our children, and our extended families and friends.

Eventually, I reached a breaking point and chose to prioritize my own healing. After dedicating the past 10 years to this journey of recovery, I now feel prepared to assist others in recognizing their own challenges and embarking on their paths toward healing in or out of a relationship.

I have held many pastoral roles within the church such as, Christian Counseling, Pastoral Care and Kids Pastor.

I currently have a weekly show on the Grace Awakening Network (GAN) called, Walk Right- A Path to Healing. The show can be found on Roku and other streaming platforms.
