About Me
Coaching with The Sophia Peart Collective is a faith-informed, transformational journey designed to support women in gaining clarity, confidence and direction in every season of life.
I am a Life Coach, Transformational Coach, Spiritual Coach and Pastor, with academic training in Health Studies, Theology and Pastoral Leadership. My approach blends professional coaching tools with spiritual insight, reflection and practical action — supporting women holistically: emotionally, spiritually and practically.
Through The Sophia Peart Collective, I work with women who are high-functioning on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside. Many are navigating transitions, burnout, grief, identity shifts or a quiet sense that there is more to life than simply surviving.
My coaching space is calm, compassionate and intentional. Together, we slow down, explore what truly matters, and identify what needs to shift. Sessions may include reflective questioning, mindset work, values clarification, prayer (where welcomed), Scripture, journaling and clear, achievable next steps.
I do not coach from pressure or performance. Instead, I walk alongside women as they reconnect with who they are and who they are becoming — grounded, self-aware, confident and purpose-led. Coaching within The Sophia Peart Collective is about transformation from the inside out, helping women live with greater alignment, faith and intention.
Coaching with me
Results & Goals
Over the years, I have coached and supported women in a variety of capacities — through one-to-one life coaching, group coaching programmes, Bible studies, retreats, workshops and pastoral support. Across these spaces, women consistently experience greater clarity, emotional healing, renewed confidence and a deeper sense of purpose.
Women who work with me often come feeling overwhelmed, stuck or uncertain about their next steps. Through intentional coaching, reflection and faith-informed guidance, they leave with practical tools, clearer direction, renewed faith and the confidence to move forward with intention.
My approach creates a safe, reflective space where women feel truly seen and supported, enabling deep personal insight and lasting transformation — not just inspiration, but meaningful change that carries into everyday life.

The outcomes of coaching within The Sophia Peart Collective are not about pressure or performance, but about alignment — helping women move forward grounded, confident and intentional, with faith and clarity guiding their decisions.
How I like to coach
I coach with intention, compassion and depth. My approach is relational, reflective and transformational, creating a safe space where women feel seen, heard and supported.
I believe meaningful change happens when we slow down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. I ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply and gently challenge where needed — always honouring your pace, your faith and your lived experience.
My coaching blends practical tools with reflection and spiritual insight. Sessions may include mindset work, values clarification, journaling, prayer (where welcomed), Scripture and clear, achievable action steps. I focus on both inner transformation and practical movement forward.
I do not coach from pressure or performance. Instead, I walk alongside you, supporting self-awareness, confidence and clarity so you can make decisions aligned with who you are and who you are becoming.
Above all, I coach with integrity, warmth and purpose — helping women move forward grounded, confident and intentional.
Professional and life experience
I bring more than 20 years of experience in leadership, personal development, pastoral care and supporting people through change. My professional background includes senior roles within the NHS, where I have led teams, managed complex programmes and helped individuals and services move forward during periods of challenge and transformation.
As a Christian minister, speaker and soon-to-be accredited transformational life coach, I have spent many years listening to women’s stories, creating safe spaces for honest reflection and helping people reconnect with their identity, faith, confidence and purpose.
My approach is also shaped by my own experience of navigating change, uncertainty, disappointment and new beginnings. I understand that transformation is not always straightforward and that sometimes we need compassionate support to help us see clearly and take the next step.
I combine warmth, thoughtful questioning, practical action and accountability to help women move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to living with greater clarity, confidence and intention.
