About Me
I am a Certified Life & Leadership Coach with a passion for helping individuals navigate life transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose. With more than a decade of experience in coaching, mentoring, and personal development, I specialize in supporting women and young adults as they rebuild, refocus, and grow into the next chapter of their lives.
I am professionally trained through Lewis University’s Organizational Leadership Coaching program, and I hold a Master of Science in Adult Education from Troy University as well as a Master of Public Administration with a Certificate in Nonprofit Management & Leadership from Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM). This combination of coaching expertise, adult learning theory, and leadership training allows me to approach each client’s journey with both structure and empathy.
My background in community empowerment, workforce development, and nonprofit leadership has shaped my holistic coaching style—one that blends encouragement, practical strategy, mindset strengthening, and purpose-driven guidance. I believe every person holds untapped potential within them, and my role is to help them discover their inner strength, embrace new possibilities, and take meaningful steps toward the life they desire.

2. Life Transitions Coaching Packages
Designed for clients navigating major changes, these packages include weekly 60-minute sessions over 4–6 weeks, accountability check-ins, and support between sessions. Clients receive structured guidance, emotional support, and a personalized transition plan.
3. Confidence & Resilience Coaching Program
This 8-week program includes weekly 60-minute coaching sessions, mindset support, habit-building strategies, and ongoing accountability. Clients receive tools to rebuild confidence, manage stress, and strengthen emotional resilience.
4. Purpose & Personal Growth Coaching (Intensive)
A focused 4-week coaching intensive with weekly 60-minute sessions designed to help clients clarify purpose, identify strengths, and create an aligned growth plan. Ideal for clients seeking direction and intentional personal development.
5. Academic & Motivation Coaching (Students & Young Adults)
Coaching for students includes weekly 60-minute sessions focused on study habits, time management, motivation, and balance. Short-term packages and ongoing support options are available.
6. Leadership Development Coaching (New & Experienced Leaders)
Leadership coaching is offered in 6–8 week packages or ongoing monthly support. Sessions are 60 minutes and focus on leadership confidence, communication, decision-making, and sustainability.
7. Accountability & Progress Check-Ins
This add-on service includes short accountability calls (10–15 minutes) and ongoing messaging support to help clients stay consistent, focused, and on track between sessions.

Professional and life experience
I bring more than a decade of experience in coaching, mentoring, and personal development across both workforce and community-based settings. My professional background includes leading career readiness programs, supporting returning citizens, guiding young adults through educational and career transitions, and helping individuals overcome personal and emotional barriers to success.
I hold a Master of Science in Adult Education and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership Coaching, which have strengthened my skills in facilitation, behavior change, communication, and goal-setting. My work has allowed me to support clients from diverse backgrounds—including women, youth, and individuals navigating significant life challenges—using a blend of structure, empathy, and practical guidance.
Beyond my formal training, my own life experiences have deeply shaped how I coach. I understand what it means to navigate uncertainty, rebuild confidence, and rise after difficult seasons. These experiences allow me to connect with clients on a human level and offer guidance that is grounded, compassionate, and realistic.
