About Me

I’m a creative life coach who helps women step into their confidence and live fully — beyond fear, gender roles, or the expectations of others. My coaching style is grounded in three simple values: Explore. Create. Share.

Working with me is a conversation — relaxed, real, and focused on helping you reconnect with your creative self. We might talk about writing, travel, belonging, or how to live a creative life that feels true to you. I bring my own experience as a writer, expat, and lifelong explorer, so I understand what it means to build a life that doesn’t fit neatly in the box. I've lived this lifestyle moving between cultures and communities, exploring different ways of living, focusing on outsiders and belonging. My British perspective combined with extensive Southwest experience gives me the outsider's eye and empathy for our common human struggles to belong.

I’m here to help you uncover what lights you up, find direction (not just goals), and take steady, creative steps toward a life that feels like yours.

Coaching with me

Results & Goals

If you are looking for a jumpstart to living a creative journey, after working together you'll have the tools and a sense of direction to get on track to a creative life. In no particular order, some of the results include us brainstorming, building a local and/or online artistic community, sharing resources, discover and enjoy mindset shifts, develop a gratitude list, build a realistic practice, expansiveness, get directions and loose goals, cultivate daily habits to keep you healthy and energized, increase your desire to keep learning and experimenting, foster more self trust, and finally you'll understand your strengths, habits, obstacles and steps to stay en route.

Coaching with me is about growth that feels genuine — not performative. You define what success means, and we shape our sessions around that. Some clients come to finish a creative project or find their artistic flow again. Others want the courage to explore more and travel solo, build community, or simply begin again. Let me know where you are and I'll meet you there.

Through our work, you can expect to:

  1. Build confidence in your creative abilities.
  2. Overcome perfectionism and “not ready yet” thinking.
  3. Strengthen self-trust and intuition.
  4. Create sustainable habits that support your art, writing, and wellbeing.
  5. Feel more at home in your own story.

You don’t need to have it all figured out — you just need the willingness to start. Together, we’ll turn your ideas and potential into grounded, joyful action.

How I like to coach

My approach blends creativity, mindfulness, and feminist coaching principles. That means I see you as the expert of your own life — my role is to help you unblock, experiment, and expand.

We’ll use creative tools like journaling, morning pages, artist dates, or simple daily practices to reconnect you with your inspiration. I ask thoughtful questions, offer gentle accountability, and hold space for both the messy and the magical parts of growth.

Such coaching can be playful, reflective, and deeply empowering. You’ll find our sessions equal parts encouragement and exploration — with room to dare, dream, and create freely again.

We'll do this weekly conversations via Zoom with follow up emails full of the notes we each took, brainstorming further, sharing ideas and resources. After you get that sense of where you're going and the steps along the road, I'd recommend a simple monthly check-in call via Zoom as a way to stay on track.

Each coaching package is designed to support your creative life — on the page, in your art, or out in the world.Together, we’ll focus on clarity, confidence, and creative flow, with a rhythm that fits your lifestyle.

  1. Session Length: Each session runs about 60 minutes, held online (so you can join from anywhere — your studio, a café, or a quiet corner of the world).
  2. Frequency: Most clients meet weekly or every other week — enough time to create, reflect, and experiment between sessions.
  3. Packages: You can book a single clarity session if you need a creative boost, or choose a 4-, 8-, or 12-week package for steady momentum and accountability as you write, make art, or navigate big life transitions.
  4. Between Sessions: You’ll receive custom creative prompts, journaling or writing exercises, artist date ideas, and check-ins to help you stay inspired and connected to your work.
  5. Support: You’ll have gentle accountability and email encouragement in between sessions — a mix of motivation and grounding, like a creative companion who’s right there when you need a nudge or bit of perspective.

This is coaching for writers, artists, and women living creatively — whether you’re finishing a book, finding your voice, exploring new places, or simply beginning again. You’ll have space to dream, tools to take action, and someone in your corner who believes in your creative path.

Professional and life experience

Sometimes belonging isn’t about the place welcoming you. It’s about showing up anyway. About learning the shape of the wind, the bite of the cold, the way the dogs press close at night. You stay long enough, you start to understand what the land’s been saying all along: You can belong anywhere, if you stop waiting for permission.
