How I like to coach

The first step is to sign up for my initial FREE Welcome consultation (which is done either face-face, via Skype or telephone) In this consultation we will assess your challenges and opportunities and identify your goals and priorities. If we both feel that we are suitable to work together (I will only work with a client when I believe I can help them and they are committed to achieving their goals), then you can start one of my programs. If we are a good match , we will start work together ( Either face-to face or via Skype) on your specific needs and design a personalised action plan to move you in the direction of your goals.
