Hi, I'm Rhonda Simmons, a Master Certified Professional Coach, specializing in Transformational Empowerment Coaching. I empower women who need support reclaiming their personal power through all stages of their development. I transform women's lives through life coaching that leads them to a place of self-discovery, wholeness, and empowerment.

My unique blend of expertise includes 30 years of service in ministry and nearly 15 years in education as a teacher and school principal. Being a Transformational Empowerment Coach combines the best of both worlds -- ministry and education. Working in both fields has helped me to develop a greater sensitivity to the needs of others, to become a better active listener, and a more effective communicator. Let's talk soon.

Professional and life experience

Women are strong and resilient because we have to be. However, navigating the many transitions of life is often overwhelming and daunting. Sometimes we find it easier to stick with what we know rather than to follow our divine callings for our lives. Why suffer in silence when you know it's time to breakthrough your fears, your traditions, and your perceived limitations? I've been there and done that!

I've learned how to turn my pain into power, and you can too! My divorce many years ago, as devastingly painful as it was, proved to be the catalyst for getting me to the next level in my educational career. Since my divorce, I've earned a masters degree in education and will have my doctorate in educational leadership in May 2024.

Change is hard and scary but necessary. That's where I come in. I like to say that God has uniquely situated me at the juncture between education and ministry. With nearly 15 years in education as a teacher and school principal and over 30 years in active ministry, I use both my expertise and compassion to transform and empower as many lives as I can through my coaching practice.
