About Me
I used to play tennis competitively in Europe, but I often lost because I couldn’t control my thoughts. While coaching tennis for 9 years, I saw almost all players struggle with this.
This is why I became an ICF-credentialed (ACC) and Accredited Mental Performance Coach. Now I help junior and pro tennis players (ATP, WTA, ITF) worldwide build confidence, manage pressure moments, and stay focused and in control of their emotions.
