About Me
I am a wife, a dog mom, a single child to two older parents, and a full time worker with many hats. Juggle is my middle name. In my coaching practice I help provide individuals with the tools they need to help propel themselves in their jobs, their relationships, and their life.
I love my work because helping others believe in themselves is deeply meaningful. I struggle with depression and self doubt, and sometimes not having enough hours in a day, so I can relate to my clients well. Counseling and coaching have helped me forge a path to success and happiness. I cannot wait to share that journey with others.
I provide two appproaches to my work: Being a sounding board and being an active listener. Sometimes all people need is someone to listen. That is 100% the first, and possibly the second appointment. Just you talking and me listening. This allows me to learn more about you, where you are, and where you want to go. This also gives you the opportunity to just info dump all your thoughts and emotions on me. Don’t worry though, I can take it.
From there we will decide on big goals. What does the big picture look like now? What do we want it to look like later? But big goals can be tricky to achieve, so we will then focus in on what small goals we can tackle so the the big goals are not so daunting.
Lastly, we break down those goals even smaller. What can you do this week to contribute to those goals? What small victory can you have?

This is a one on one session that can cover any topic the client would like.
Traditionally the first session is getting to know each other better and pinpointing priorities and goals.
The next session consists of a recap of the first and we go more in-depth about goals. What they look like to you, what they don’t look like. How your goals fit into your life currently, or how we may need to change other aspects of your life to fit these goals. We do our best to end each session with at least 1 step you can do in the next week (or whatever time frame we decide on) to help you towards your goal.
The next session consists of a recap of the previous session and goals. Did you try to accomplish the small goal we decided on? If not, why? What can we change to better accomplish this goal?
We continue in the goal setting, attempt, and recap until the goals are met.

Fee description
Fees: from $35.00 USD to $40.00 USDEach session if purchased individually costs $40 USD
If you purchase a month’s worth of sessions (4 sessions, 1 per week) the per session fee reduces to $35 USD, saving you $20.00 USD.
