About Me
Life can feel complicated because the things that matter most rarely stay in separate boxes. Finances can affect relationships. Relationships can affect our sense of purpose. Faith can shape the way we approach all of it.
That's part of why I started Whole Path Coaching.
I'm Noah, an ordained pastor and SYMBIS Certified Facilitator with years of experience walking alongside people through decisions, relationships, personal growth, faith, and life transitions. I enjoy helping people slow down enough to understand where they are, clarify where they want to go, and identify practical steps for moving forward.
I offer coaching around personal finances and money habits, marriage and relationships, Christian faith and purpose, and personal growth. You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk. Coaching is a place to bring the questions, goals, challenges, or changes you're working through and begin finding a path forward.
Coaching with me
Results & Goals
Coaching with me is focused on helping you move from feeling stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed toward greater clarity and practical action.
Depending on what brings you to coaching, we might work together to:
- Clarify your goals and identify realistic next steps
- Create a workable household budget and healthier money habits
- Develop a plan for reducing debt and building savings
- Improve communication and strengthen your marriage or relationship
- Prepare intentionally for marriage
- Navigate a major decision or life transition
- Explore questions of faith, purpose, and direction
- Build habits and accountability that support lasting change
The specific goals are yours. My role is to help you clarify what matters, ask helpful questions, identify obstacles and opportunities, and turn your goals into practical steps you can actually take.
How I like to coach
My coaching style is conversational, practical, encouraging, and action-oriented. I believe people often have more insight and ability than they realize, and good coaching creates the space to uncover it.
I'll ask questions, listen carefully, help you look at your situation from different angles, and sometimes challenge assumptions that may be keeping you stuck. I'm not interested in giving you a generic formula or pretending that one solution works for everyone. We'll focus on your circumstances, your values, and the goals that matter to you.
I also don't want a great conversation to end without a practical next step. Whenever possible, we'll finish our sessions by identifying something specific you can do, consider, practice, or work toward before we meet again.
For clients who want faith to be part of coaching, I'm comfortable integrating a Christian perspective into our conversations. For clients seeking coaching in other areas, we'll keep our work focused on the goals and areas you've asked to address.
Offerings
Coaching
I currently offer a free 30-minute discovery call and 60-minute individual coaching sessions for $50.
Coaching is personalized around your goals and may focus on personal finances and money habits, marriage and relationships, faith and purpose, life transitions, personal growth, or goal setting and accountability.
During your discovery call, we'll talk about what you're hoping to accomplish and determine whether coaching together would be a good fit. Paid sessions are focused, practical conversations designed to help you gain clarity, identify obstacles, and leave with meaningful next steps.
Sessions are currently offered individually, so there is no long-term package or commitment required.

Professional and life experience
I am an ordained pastor with years of experience walking alongside individuals and families through seasons of growth, change, difficult decisions, relationships, faith, and everyday life. My work in ministry has given me extensive experience listening to people, asking thoughtful questions, helping them identify practical next steps, and providing encouragement and accountability as they move forward.
I also serve in a leadership role where I develop people, build teams, navigate challenging conversations, set goals, and help others grow personally and professionally.
I am a SYMBIS Certified Facilitator (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts), which equips me to work with engaged and married couples around areas such as communication, expectations, finances, personality differences, and building a healthy relationship.
My interest in financial coaching comes from a practical, everyday perspective. I enjoy helping people understand their finances, create realistic budgets, develop healthier money habits, establish savings goals, and make plans for paying down debt. My financial coaching focuses on education, organization, goal setting, and accountability rather than investment, tax, or legal advice.
Across each of these areas, my approach is grounded in the belief that our lives are interconnected. Faith, relationships, finances, purpose, and personal growth all influence one another. That's the idea behind Whole Path Coaching: helping people gain clarity about where they are, determine where they want to go, and take practical steps forward.
