About Me
I am Nikolas, engineer, founder, work therapy and life coach. I know firsthand how exhausting and confusing tech careers can feel. Earlier in my own journey, I chased the next role, the next title, the next fix until burnout forced me to pause and intentionally redesign my work and life.
I support professionals (primarily) in tech, including product managers, engineers, and founders, helping them navigate burnout, transitions, and career crossroads. Together we reflect, explore, and design a path that truly fits you so you can reclaim energy, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.

Professional and life experience
My background combines engineering, entrepreneurship, and professional coaching. I earned an MSc in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and I have co-founded several startups, giving me experience with the challenges and uncertainties of professional and tech life.
Alongside my professional career, I have completed accredited coaching training and actively practice career and life coaching, helping professionals navigate burnout, transitions, and career crossroads. I bring a structured, empathetic, and practical approach to support reflection, exploration, and intentional action.
