Coaching areas I specialize in
About Me
I am the Founder of NeuroSpire Consulting and an Industrial-Organizational Psychology Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in people development. My work focuses on helping students, professionals, and emerging leaders gain clarity, identify their strengths, and make confident decisions about life, work, and personal growth.
My coaching style is reflective, supportive, and action-oriented. I believe people often already have potential within them, but they may need the right space, structure, and guidance to recognize it, trust it, and build from it.
Through strengths-based and transformational coaching, I help clients explore where they are, what may be holding them back, and what practical next steps can help them move forward with more confidence and intention.
Before booking, feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn and TikTok, where I share content on career clarity, strengths, burnout prevention, and personal growth. You can also join me for Wellness Wednesday Live sessions on TikTok for practical reflection and growth tools. My social media handles are the same as my name, Nikkita C. Golston.
Coaching with me
Results & Goals
My goal is for clients to leave coaching with more clarity, confidence, and stronger decision-making skills that align with their potential and future goals.
When clients come to me feeling stuck, I help them explore where they are in their personal development, what areas of life may feel neglected, and how their current habits may be supporting or limiting their growth. From there, we work toward accountability, healthier habits, and intentional decisions that help them move forward.
Clients often come to coaching needing more than motivation. They need support working through information, applying what they learn, and taking real action toward a meaningful goal. My sessions are experiential and hands-on, so clients can feel heard, seen, educated, and supported while also making progress during the session.
Over a 3 to 6 month coaching journey, I help clients create SMART goals, recognize their strengths, build healthier habits, set reasonable boundaries, and make decisions that feel more aligned with who they are becoming. Success in coaching means clients can better understand themselves, identify what they need, use their strengths with intention, and recognize what is or is not aligned with their long-term goals.
Clients should not expect quick fixes, diagnosis, or someone to make decisions for them. My role is to provide structure, reflection, support, and accountability so clients can build self-awareness, trust themselves more deeply, and take practical steps toward the life and future they want to create.
How I like to coach
My coaching approach is structured, reflective, and hands-on. I like to help clients create meaningful goals that are realistic, measurable, and aligned with who they are becoming.
Most coaching goals are designed around a 3 to 6 month growth journey. Together, we identify what the client wants to work toward, break it down into a SMART goal, and use each session to explore progress, challenges, patterns, and next steps.
Each session may include discussion, reflection, experiential exercises, strengths-based activities, goal planning, manifestation practices, and practical action steps. I believe coaching should not only help clients think differently, but also help them practice new behaviors, make aligned decisions, and build confidence through action.
At the end of each session, we debrief what came up, identify key takeaways, and create next steps the client can apply in real life before the next session or during the next session.
